What Tamia Vandervort doesn't like about Chez Maxime:
we were attracted to the owner's friendliness but we quickly delighted! for 27€ to 2 we were entitled to fries frozen badly cooked, a texane chicken that had either been cooked for hours, but on our plate it was raw (small blood clogged by cutting a prime vein) and the grilled espadon was as dry as the sahara. the service was mellow, we waited 20 minutes to get sauces!
