What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza Marsden Park:
This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Domino's, and the customer service was terrible. I went in with my coworkers for lunch and ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread. After 30 minutes, my name still hadn’t been called, so I approached Luka, who informed me that my pizzas had been accidentally taken by a delivery driver. Now we were both late, and no one seemed to take responsibility for the situation. View all feedback.
Worst experience ever had this evening.Ordered on phone to delivered but hopeless response from the dominos team.Not recommend to any one.
It will take more then 1 hr to deliver most times. Pizza quality is ok
Appalling!I was served by a man wearing a face mask. As he prepared my order, he kept coughing a moist cough. He kept touching his mask with his hands and then handled the (unwrapped) drinking straw with his bare hands and adjusted the drink cup with his cheek. He never did not wash his hands and continued to prepare the order.I walked away without my order. Who wants food and drink prepared with such poor hygiene?!?
Vegetarian options: Fresh and hot pizza well cooked.
Terrible customer service and food. The manager Anish/Anil absolutely rudest person yelled at me and hung up on me after enquiring why our food took almost 3 hours to arrive. Very disappointing to see behaviour like this from a manager the food was not fresh or clean either
