My husband and I have went off and on at different times and each time the staff act like they don't want to serve. It's either shift change, cleaning the grill or no waitress. FYI you are in the service industry so you service the dang public not make excuses so you don't have to work. Super friendly staff! Great food! They even answer the phone for to go orders!!! Skip the ones in Asheville Weaverville drive here!!!
This place has the best damn pattymelt on the planet and the staff here always makes this particular spot a pleasant experience!
Greeted cheerfully, food and service fast and delicious.
There were a couple of small mistakes with my takeout order but the staff was so great and the food was good so it made the errors not matter so much, I didn't even call and tell them.
