What Christopher McCall doesn't like about Bojangles:
I recently visited Bojangles and placed my order in the drive-thru. I requested the #10 combo with large Bo Rounds and a large sweet tea. However, I received fries instead and was disappointed because they were overly salty. The meal was for lunch and cost between $10-20 per person. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere a 2 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Chicken Sandwich. View all feedback.
We had a large group of Boy Scouts and they handled it with the precision. Quality food was excellent and the customer service was on time. We'll definitely visit if back in the area.
Every time I go here (Burnsville location) they leave something out of my order. Not going back. I'll go to Mars Hill.
This Bojangles allows certain people inside while forcing others to wait in the line. However there doesn’t seem to be a reason why they choose to let some people in while others cannot come in. Make this make sense #customerserviceisarealthing
The food is always good, but we have learned to check our order before leaving because they have a hard time getting it right. Nearly every time.
I didn't know what to expect, never went to Bojangles before. The Cajun chicken biscuit was very tasty. I would stop in again.
