The atmo... read more I was shopping at Marrickville Metro and stopped by the FLOW cafe for a bite to eat. I ordered the salmon and salad with a cappuccino and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice and chilled and the seating was comfortable as well - the overall Place seemed clean and the service of the waitress was nice and friendly.For salmon and salad with cappuccino I paid around $20 which I thought was a fair price - for a comfy place to sit and quick bite to eat overall I was quite happy and I would return back to eat again.

We both ordered panini's which wer... read more I had lunch with a friend today at this little cafe and the staff were overwhelming friendly and helpful. What a nice change! We both ordered panini's which were perfectly cooked and so tasty. The coffee is possibly the best I have had this year, with rich and creamy crema on top, the barista definitely knows what he's doing. I will definitely be back and spread the word too.

Fair coffee and food prepared with speed rather than care seem to be the main issue. On the two occasions I have come here, my order has been wrong, despite the server making detailed notes in the system. It’s a shame, but this will be my last visit.
