The food was great! The Burger meal costs a little more than McDonalds or other fast foods, but you get what you pay. It is a great fleshy burger, and more frits than the average person can eat. They even have gluten-free rolls that do not carry many places. What the woman appreciated. The restaurant was clean. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Queen City Burger Co.:
I used to LOVE eating here. The burgers were insane, had a great variety and at a great price. Western BBQ and Breakfast were straight legendary. The waffle fries were to DIE FOR. I really wish I had told more people about these before because you can't get them anymore! Burgers and onion rings are still good but nothing like the old menu. View all feedback.
Horrible experience with the people here I understand that customer service jobs are difficult I've worked them for 12 years ive been a manager but telling me you can't split a payment for two cards and then make a big deal ove rit stating you're manager and then continue to proceed to get the order wrong and then when we go in to get it fixed telling me I didn't order that when I clarified I did and never gave a recipt with my food. I like the food just not the service. I just I really hate leaving bad reviews and maybe they were just having a bad day which happens I just am upset it took me nearly 20 minutes to get everything situated so my kids could eat (im 2 hours away from home)
Ordered online for myself and some coworkers. The order included 2 orders of loaded fries. I was given two chili cheese fries instead of the loaded fries we ordered, which have less toppings and cost about 1.50 less than the loaded. Tried to call them to get my order fixed but they never answered any of my phone calls and didn’t call back after leaving a voicemail. The food is alright but their attention to detail and their phone line could be improved.
Customer Service: None Restaurant was empty. Ordered in person to go. Burnt. Gross. Overpriced. Big 'ol NOPE. Landmark Pub has excellent burgers, great customer service and the burgers are priced less than Q.C. Burger and the Landmark uses meat, not the burnt wafers that should have been thrown out instead of serving/charging for it.
Waited 20 minutes to get a dried out over cooked burger. It was supposed to be a black and blue burger but had hardly any blue cheese on it. There very few patrons and all had to wait a long time. I don't mind a wait if the food is good. This was not.
Ordered food online. There were some items no longer on the menu, one of the workers called me to let me know. I then proceeded to order. When I received my order the fries were cold and the cheese sauce looked old. My chicken tenders were overcooked and not warm. It was $30 for two meals and neither were great. I don't think we will be back which is a shame because I would rather support small businesses.
