It's not the most glamorous setting, that's for sure, but the place is spotless, the rooms large and very comfortable and the staff nice and friendly. It may lack character, but it does what is supposed to do very well, to provide a good rest after a day out. View all feedback. What 1gd p 3 years ago on Google doesn't like about Civitel Olympic:
They need to hire more staff. There is NO professional attitude from all type of managers. There is mold in almost every room (mostly in the bathrooms . The lower staff are doing their best but the higher is doing NOTHING to satisfy their clients. In every mistake they do they just give a complimentary wine. Also, very expensive like a 5* hotel but it is a 4* instead (lookes like 3* View all feedback.

The place the environment everything is clean the service is wonderful
The room is clean and spacious and the bathroom as well. There's a tub installed with lots in amenities available. The minibar is frugal. The service was great.
