I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your establishment on 6/25. As a frequent customer, I have always enjoyed your pizza, but my recent experience has left me deeply unsatisfied and hesitant to return. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and called ahead to request that my pizza box be taped. During a previous order, my pizza box was not taped, which led to an unpleasant delivery experience. When I called to make this simple request, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To my surprise, they hung up on me before I could finish explaining my concern. Determined to ensure my request was understood, I called back to confirm that my pizza box would be taped. Unfortunately, I was met with the same rudeness from the female staff member who answered the phone. Her attitude and lack of basic customer service skills were shocking and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. This experience has made me reconsider my patronage of Ciconte’s Pizza. I’ll spend my money where I’m respected.

This is a hard review because the delivery guy was very nice. So I ordered a regular pizza with toppings nothing big. Price was high but I understand everything is going up, taxes I understand, what don’t understand this. 5 dollar delivery charge. I asked when I ordered does the driver get that they said no the business. I can see if a company car was used but where is that fee going? Plus tipping the guy. I said I’m sorry this is the most I got because I was shocked with the delivery charge he said I know…. It’s a shame it was a good pie but I won’t be back. Overall total with tip for one pizza with toppings 32 bucks. Come on man!

This is one of my top favorite pizza places! My old job use to order from here and til this day I still eat here! It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to place an order but i definitely will be hitting up Cicontes soon!!! My favorite is their Buffalo chicken pizza! It’s not too hot but just right for your enjoyment! I also love their wings of course! My experiences here have been great! The service is always more than exceptional! Thanks cicontes! ?

We did an online order. Our instructions were clear however we received something totally incorrect. We won't be back. Food Photoshopped images on their online website are different from what you receive. Buyer beware.
