Visiting the traveler Bones Food Truck and I can't say anything positive. Terrible and slow service! Food was bad for medium. It took an hour and 40 minutes to get food (not including time in line). I pulled Mac and cheese and pork. The cheese sauce separated and a little grainy. The pulled pig was room temp when we got it. Definitely not worth waiting! About an hour to wait we came to a refund, but they were so slow... View all feedback.

I work in the building where they work and a procrastinated try to get them out. As soon as I finally got killed, immediately regretted not to do it earlier. Although they are a little on the pricier side, Travelin' Bones is worth the money. The size of the portions is quite generous. The Brisket is delicious and one of the best I had. The Mac and the cheese were pretty good and the corn cake was really good (and in not a fan of corn bread) but its correct amount of sweet and not too dry. I want to see around here more often to try what else they have to offer. The reviews I've seen here do not do justice, especially because they wait on a food truck at an event that should be expected especially when its busy event. If you are looking for a fast and delicious lunch in the area, give them a shot.
I visited the food truck while they were parked in the Nashoba Valley Winery for Food Truck Friday. Her whole operation was a complete and complete nightmare. We came before it was very busy and stood in the line waiting for order for 25 minutes. We finally placed our order, paid and given our name and stood on the side waiting for our name. We ordered 2 Brisket Mac and cheese and 1 order of fried pimples. There were probably 10 people waiting for us. 45 minutes roll around and I thought they were probably secured. Meanwhile there is a large line of about 100 people waiting for orders. 1 hour and 30 minutes are waiting for our little order and NOTHING. I am livid at this point and go up to ask for a refund to find a line of others angry who also want refund. They had similar times as and hour, and hour 20 minutes, but by far ours was the worst time. The cashier ignored the people who want refunds and makes a crazy ass. To our surprise, we see how they slammed through tickets lost through the floor covered in Bbq sauce. Apparently they had dropped the tickets and didn't know who was to place orders first. She's coming back, TAKE MORE ORDERS! Why do they take orders when you have a large group of people who have waited hours for their food? A lady next to me says STOP TAKING ORDERS that they also ignore. I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes and finally heard them say my name. At this point I had already said that I had the screw and ordered a Hamburger from the concession stand through Nashoba. We sat and tasted this 2 hours Mac and cheese to find that its cold and quite tasteless. Basically, we was wasting $34 for this overpriced Mac and cheese. These food truck employees should really have a better system for ticketing. It is clear that they are more concerned about the quantity of orders than the quality of their food and to get it out in time. Never again!

I wish we had left a refund because something else would have been better.

My Father and Mother have always existed in my mmin and heart as ?THE SINGLE BEST? BBQ chefs in the WORLD....my whole life, I 've tried BBQ at many many scores of joints....and truth be told a couple have come close.....this TRAVELIN ' BONES place creates these ribs that are low and slow like Mamma and Daddy would do them..... DAMN GOOD sauce also. And also really good flavorful, biting sides. As I contemplate going full out vegetarian or vegan, when I think back on my youth and what brought me deep comfort it was ribs. And my family would ALWAYS (and to this day) tease me about that. As I edge closer to V or V I know that I 'll have to readjist my relationship with my past comfort foods.
