Description
Samvera is an elegant Italian restaurant and event space situated on sprawling mansion grounds. The interior is beautifully decorated, featuring a spacious dining room with high ceilings and lovely wood accents. In addition to the main dining area, Samvera offers private dining rooms that are perfect for events, parties, and weddings. The menu at Samvera features custom-created Italian dishes, each crafted with a unique twist by the talented kitchen team. Popular appetizers include calamari fritti, shrimp cocktail, and spiedini romano with fresh mozzarella and pan-fried bread finished in a white wine, capers, and anchovies sauce. For entrees, guests can enjoy a variety of pasta and grilled dishes, with one of the highlights being the Saltinbocca a la Romana - tender slices of veal topped with prosciutto and sauteed in a sage and white wine sauce with sweet spinach.

I have eaten at Samvera multiple times, and it's one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is consistently excellent!
The service was excellent. The acoustics in the room can get a bit noisy. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff were very attentive.
Two out of four meals were incorrect and it took a very long time to have them redone.
