I took a day trip to a winery in Hudson Valley. I always enjoy visiting wineries and gardens, and this particular winery had some estate-grown wines that I was interested in trying. What Uriah King doesn't like about Benmarl Winery:
I had made a reservation for my sister's bachelorette party well in advance. However, upon arrival, we were told that there was no room for us and we had to wait outside in the cold and rain. We noticed that there was plenty of space inside when we used the bathroom. The staff was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. I will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
That is the best weingut they find in the hudson valley! my man and I went, as it was about an hour away from our house and was far from super-reasonable. what we never expected was to fall in love with the landscape, the people and the wee! in the rule they get a great look, or great weep, but not both. benmarl has everything literally. we're all going back a few months and we're crying club members. do not think twice, just go after benmarl.
Wine and pizza are great. Nice views for photos and staff are always friendly. Only a couple of bathrooms so the line can sometimes get long. Also no more dogs allowed so we've gone a lot less. Waiting for the day they reverse that decision.
Simple but beautiful grounds- amazing Mountain Views ….all while sipping wines from the oldest winery around here. A must have experience for wine lovers
Great wine and friendly staff. No food in the winter months. You can bring your own or order from a not so good over priced pizza place
