What Hà Tăng doesn't like about Brauerei Gaststatte Am Strand:
Very sober. Carvings with bimslukewarm and very clearly distributed on the plate. The ends speak the remains of preparations for the evening were covered with a herbal butter. In short, a disappointment on the whole line. Small tip at the edge if you have a bigger evening event, and the preparations do not allow to present good and decent meals. Leave it. Our visit was on 14.12 22 approx. 12.15 View all feedback.
We were looking for a place to eat lunch and look at some in the opposite a travel advisor. it had some. good reviews, so we tried. it is eating nothing too rave over, cut, not good, not bad. the waitress was kind.
I happened to find myself in this town called Marktredwitz on business. It is close to the Czech border off Highway If ever you happen to be near there, go visit the town and have dinner at the Am Strand. Almost everything was closed...but this place opened at We went for a beer and wurst and came back around You walk through a small door that says Gastzimmer which I think means sitting room or coffee room. The decor is very local with tables and a few round tables for groups. We were told about a specialty which is called KronFleish which is the diaphragm of the cow. In English it is the skirt steak. It was chewy but had great flavour. Came with spaetzle, a classic German noodle. A nice fresh salad and an apple strudel for dessert. With of wine came out to less than euros. Probably the most authentic and genuine German meal I had in some time.

This restaurant is attached to the Nothhaft brewery down by the river. You can dine either inside or in the patio area which is well protected against rain. Beer and food are both good and staff friendly and efficient.
