Sankt Martin - Feedback

What Marco Pfort likes about Sankt Martin:
I live in hotels a lot for work. I can recommend the Sankt Martin with a clear conscience. Rooms are clean, spacious and I had a balcony. The staff is great. Breakfast is loving and rich. There are extra bees for the freshly prepared scrambled eggs. Unprofessional and rude. The check-in and check-out was problematic. Although we agreed on check-in at 14:00 via e-mail the day before, when I arrived, they said check-in is at 16:00 (even on their website the check-in is stated as 13:00 and after).
