Brown Bag Gourment - Marksville

I have had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem about 4 times and have absolutely no complaints, besides the parking and limited dining room space. The food is some of the best I have ever eaten. I believe it even surpasses Red River Grill. I have tried the tomato basil soup, southwest chicken sliders, shrimp po'boy with charred, philly cheese with waffle fries, and a burger with fries. Everything was delicious. I must admit that I went for lunch and not dinner, but I am excited to try their exquisite dinner menu. I highly recommend this place to all my fellow food lovers.

The best restaurant in Marksville! I have to mention that there was nothing I didn't like here. The menu offers a variety of options, and the daily specials and burger of the day showcase the owner/chef's creativity and culinary skills. The prices are reasonable considering the high-quality ingredients used. The service and atmosphere are top-notch. Don't hesitate to visit for dinner!

During our visit to Marksville, we used Google Maps to find a nearby lunch spot and were very impressed with our choice. The restaurant has been open for 11 years, has a local charm, and is appropriately named. Our lunch was fantastic and we will definitely be returning during our next visit to the area.

Best burger in cenla. the char grilled oysters were really good and...forget it early, they fill quickly!
