When I got there, the entrance door was locked, even though the sign on the door indicate... read more I arrived at McDonald's in Marks, MS, at 10:36 PM on October 15, 2023. When I got there, the entrance door was locked, even though the sign on the door indicated they were open until 11:00 PM. I noticed cars in the drive-thru, so I joined the line. After nearly 10 minutes, the car in front of me placed their order. When I pulled up to the speaker, I waited another 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. During this time, four more cars lined up behind me, yet no one acknowledged my presence or informed me that they were closed. I decided to walk around to the drive-thru window, where I was told that their headsets were off. If you say you’re open until 11, you should actually be open. I can’t do anything about your employees not wanting to work until closing, but I can choose not to return, and I hope others will consider doing the same.
