My husband and I were passing through for business/work and decided to randomly stop in and we are glad that we did! The garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had and that garlic butter was perfect! To add the icing to the cake we ordered the best chicken, bacon ranch sandwich! God must’ve made that bread in that kitchen because it was phenomenal! So soft the entire sandwich just melts in your mouth! View all feedback.
What phil baughey doesn't like about Vinatellis Italian Cafe:
Order spaghetti with meatballs, got ziti with small meat chunks. When asked why I got the wrong pasta, was told that spaghetti goes bad too fast. Huh? Menu didnt reflect the actual prices. A sign at the unmanned front podium had the price increases, stating that they had a tough time staying open. Took my mom for an early dinner. It was a nice change of pace. The waitress was pleasant and very attentive. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The food was very good. While I wouldn 't say that anything deserved the best I 'd ever had acclaim, the house salad dressing was a notably delicious creamy Italian, and the breadsticks were crave worthy. The Lasagna was very well put together with a sauce that made it work well. Portions are filling. I hope to return next time I 'm traveling through.
Subs were amazing. Stopped for lunch on a girls' trip and were not disappointed. Salad was fresh, bread soft and flavorful. Great lunch specials. Would stop again if traveling through.
Checked all online platforms and indicators showed they were open. Once we arrived there was a paper sign on the door that said they decided to close last minute. Absolutely fine, just wish it would have been communicated online so we would not have driven out of our way to go.
Vinatelli's is a hidden gem at exit 286 on I-69 at Markle. The garlic knots melt in your mouth. The calzone was fabulous. All the bread is made in house so anything doughy here is worth getting.
