I know you have to clean the machin... read more If your closing time as per your staff members is 11 PM , how come you guys stop serving dinner items by 8:50 or 9PM itself. I know you have to clean the machines and stuff but that needs to be done while you are serving the customers. This is literally a bizarre reason for not serving guests dinner. You should simply say that we are not in a mood to bake any items at the back end.
