When I ordered iced coffee, the sugar settled at the bottom and wasn’t mixed, which was really frustrating. The bacon was so tough that it hurt my jaw to chew. To top it off, the person at the drive-thru didn’t say a word while we waited for our food, which only made the experience worse.

I couldn't understand why there was only one staff member on duty with about 10 people in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and they informed me it would take an extra 6 minutes to prepare. Overall, it took a long time to receive my food.

When I asked the staff, they said they didn’t have any, which I wasn't informed about beforehand. It seems the staff could benefit from additional training.

Additionally, the person taking orders doesn’t seem to treat their team with respect. Management really needs to tackle the cleanliness problems. This restaurant used to shine in every area, but now it fails to foster a positive atmosphere.
