I was very disappoint... read more I am not an avid reviewer, however I did write a scathing review on this location a couple of months back which I am now editing/changing. I was very disappointed with this location and the service I was receiving, however to the Staff's credit, they have very much improved. It is clear to me now that in fact the staff here are quite good, and certainly competent. They were clearly being completely mismanaged if managed at all. It looks to me like the previous manager is gone-which can only be a good thing. Personally, I take a lot of the credit for waking this store up-as I'm there nearly every day, I certainly have seen a vast improvement in the past 2 months in their line moving/efficiency, and I am seeing far less customer ignoring, and useless questionable non important job doing while people wait in line. The store is far from perfect, however it is entirely clear to me now that in fact the staff is WAY better than I thought they were, and when organized properly, is actually really good!I have never corrected or re-done a review on here but in this case they have earned it. Also as a whole, they are very nice to me-which I appreciate.
