Pizza Pizza - Markham

Do not order from this restaurant. The staff is disrespectful, and they will accuse you of not receiving your pizza from a delivery service. This is the worst place to get food from.

The food tastes good. I ordered a pizza at 6:29 PM and it was ready by 6:55 PM. The service was very slow. According to the policy of the pizzeria, if they cannot make the pizza on time, it should be free. However, the front staff said that they could not give it for free because they were busy. This always seems to happen when they are busy. Can the management please respond to me?

My family enjoys ordering from this restaurant because of its convenient location. However, we have noticed that they have been making mistakes with our orders recently. There have been mix-ups with toppings and even a substitution of chili flakes for Italian seasoning, which my parents could not eat due to health reasons. In our last order, the cuts on the pizza were uneven and some slices were thinner than others. The taste of the food is good, but overall we have been disappointed with the service.

We ordered pizza for our employees and it was so delicious. friendly personal space is very clean and well maintained washroom facilities are also available during the pandemic, this is the only load allowed everyone to use their washroom and keep on pizza pizza and the owner of this franchise.

Worst experience, employee Id- 12999, he don’t even know what customer service is!!! He accused me that we are scanning same coupons even though we showed him all.. while serving he severed us intentionally later than other customers who even visited after us.
