Pho Viet - Markham

Very delicious- yummy yummy. Friendly staff, lots of selection. and large potions!. Very clean, nice ambiance. Location location.

Basic storefront style venue. Quick seating and service. Good Tom Yum Goong but quite a small bowl, shrimp tempura also good. Bland tea. OK Inexpensive lunch.

My husband and I have been going here for years for their Pho. We have tried out different Pho restaurants in the Thornhill area but this place has the best Pho hands down. The owners/staff are super friendly and always remember our order since we always order the same Pho every time we visit.

The place was easily half full upon our arrival, and the staff the friendliest of any Vietnamese restaurant we have been too. The decor and seating Bette than average with clean restrooms. Parking was tough here but we did find a spot. We had lunch. We had a variety of rolls and vermicelli (Bun) meals. The rolls were ok, I actually liked my wife's vegetarian rolls better than the pork ones, but the fish sauce was very weak in flavour. That actually was our major complaint. The main dishes were weak in flavour. Very weak and bland. The portion size was smaller than other places but still adequate. So overall experience was actually better than most, but when the food does really count, it didn't count this time. Again though, I have to acknowledge the incredible friendly and well spoken, attentive staff at this restaurant.

This is an excellent place for a quick and delicious soup. Everything was tasty and fresh. Just the way it should be.
