They do offer value deals and as well as expensive items like crabs and shark fin soup, but I would not host a dinner party for family or friends if the service is poor and the environment is not that great.
This has been one of the worst restaurants I have ever experienced for a long time. The restaurant has no regard for health and safety. The tables and seats were jammed together. Our supposedly round table could only be opened up to 3/4 due to limited space. The servers needed to carry hot dishes and soups right above customers' head to pass through. I have high concern about the potential fire hazards in the restaurant. One server might have had her hand wet or dirty and was simply wiping it using our table cloth. In terms of the food, they were okay and nothing was surprisingly good. There are many other Chinese restaurants that could have delivered the same food quality. For the sake of family health and safety, it is not worth the risk and we will not return.

Restaurant located in a busy strip plaza with several other restaurants. Therefore parking at the front of the restaurant is not as easy to find. This restaurant was packed, a good sign that food would be good, and it is. Besides the item listed on the menu, they also have special menus, or tasting menu of varying prices. We saw a couple other tables having the tasting menu and the food looked good! We will definitely be going back to try the other dishes. We ordered the typical braised duck Chiu Chow style, duck was tender and lean. The fried fish was crunchy, even the bones could be eaten. The braised crab came with vermicelli, it was ok. As expected not much meat in one crab to go around. The stir fried greens was done just right, crunchy but not hard and very green. The fish maw with celery and Chinese cucumber as well as the stir fried fish filet with veggies were both good.
One of my favorite dish is the Chiu Chow cold crab. It is very refreshing especially in hot summer days but I can't resist even in the cold weather. You have the option to dipped in vinegar or plain to preserve the original taste of the crab. To crack down the crab, it will be a bit messy. But there is no other way to sip the last drop of crab. The marinated duck is very popular which you will find in many Chiu Chow style restaurant but I will recommend the smoked duck here as one of the best in this restaurant. Want to try more... make sure to order an assorted platter which will give you more choices. There are so many dishes I like and you will not able to try out everything in a single visit. Like many Chinese restaurant, the kitchen will not able to serve all your dishes at the same time. I guess this is another excuse why Chinese like to share the dish all the time.
