Although she asked if I wanted s... read more As a vegetarian, I don't have much knowledge about different types of chicken, so I repeated my order a couple of times to her. Although she asked if I wanted spicy or non-spicy, it was served as a Louisiana pepper chicken sub. I opted for non-spicy, but I wasn't familiar with the Louisiana flavor. When it came to the vegetables, she placed only four thin slices of cucumber on the sub and was about to cut them in half just to fill space! I stopped her and requested more vegetables, but she insisted that they were expensive and that she could only put a few pieces on the sub, even telling me I would be charged extra if I wanted more. This only added to my frustration. At the register, I was shocked to see that I was charged for the Louisiana sub, which I wasn’t even sure my son would like. To my surprise, she began shouting at me in front of other customers, demanding that I pay and leave or she would call the police. She kept threatening me, counting down from three and insisting I exit by the count of three. I honestly can't believe she has survived in her position at Mr. Sub for three years with such a rude attitude. I plan to call the head office tomorrow to file a complaint about her behavior, especially since I am a regular customer at this location. I recommend avoiding this place when she’s working in the evenings. Additionally, I've noticed that this location cuts vegetables into tiny, watery pieces. It's hard to enjoy the taste of the veggies when they are so small—it's more like swallowing them without even realizing they are there. I really wish Mr. Sub would cut the vegetables as shown in the display images, but it seems like they’re trying to save on costs.

I’m not sure what they do to the bread, but it’s super fresh and soft, just like Subway’s buns. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

The bread was so dry it w... read more I haven't eaten a Sub from Mr. Sub in years so I decided on one today instead of Subway. My god has the quality gone down the drain! ! The bread was so dry it was like someone let it sit in the sun for a day! And the vegetables! I thought Subway was bad! Flavourless clumps of watery vegetables. I might as well have been eating a styrofoam sandwich. On top of this, nobody even bothered to ask if I wanted my sub heated, they just assembled it...YOU NEED TO CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING, care about the quality of the food and your customer service....Terrible food and service at this location, I'm shocked at the ridiculous rating they have, don't believe it, it's a 1.5/5....Avoid this place if you like quality.
