What User doesn't like about Mei Nung Beef Noodle House:
Good to try one but won't come back. Service was ok. Not a fan of this dark beef soup. The noodles was chewy and beef/tendon was tender/juicy. Stinky Tofu is over rated and would never order it again. I would rather eat the normal tofu at a normal chinese restaurant like Congee Wong. View all feedback.

It's just like any other Chinese restaurant but the female server was very professional. Every customer who walks in, she greets you in two languages. She ain't sure which one you speak, she'd greet you in 3 languages- Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. I hear her repeating herself in two languages almost at all times. Food was excellent. I've been here no more than 3 times since it was opened. It is still yummy delicious.
The food is very good. The beef noodle soup; the beef

I grew in the Southern part of Taiwan and the beef noodle and stinky tofu I had as a child were hearty with bold yet smooth flavour. The tofu would come chunky with sweetened soy sauce, pickled cabbage, a healthy whip of garlic sauce and some red hot chilli sauce. This place had the offering of that very earthy authentic look, smell and taste; a true treasure at this part of the world so remote from where I grew up. The nostalgia alone is reason enough for me to come here again and again. The choice of side dish was good; nothing beat the stinky tofu though. If you have never had Taiwanese beef noodle, I recommend you try it here first. If you wanted to try stinky tofu for the first time, this restaurant is definitely the place to have a go: the serve is big so go with someone to share.I wish they could add the garlic sauce as a condiment for the tofu...that would truly make it just the way it was and should be!
As soon as you walk in, the signature dishes will be in your face/nose: Delicious addictive beef noodles and stinky tofu. One must have a go at them, all noodles are tasty and hard to put down. So far all friends of all visits are pleased. That's would speak for itself.
