I was very disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's when they handed me my fries upside down. I cannot fathom why anyone would think it's acceptable to serve customers upside-down fries. It's not only unappetizing but also shows a lack of attention to detail and care for customers. I just the saw food server in the orange shirt touch his nose now and serve the food for the customer in front of us. I left and went to timmys. That is is so disgusting. He was working the window to disturbed the food at the front cash.
Bad experience! Just ordered ice creams and had to wait for a long time. And after the long wait did I only receive half the portion of the mc flurry.
Food here is made in a sloppy way, your burger will have sauce and the insides sliding out and not stacked properly. Tables here are not cleaned often and can feel the grease on the tables. They no longer do 1 free refill while sitting in the restaurant. Lineups are messy and sometimes you can't tell where to go. Overcrowding at the pick up counter. This is surprisingly a busy place, but they need to keep the place cleaner, because of that I won't visit due to the lack of cleaning.
I'm so disappointed this restaurant is nothing like what I ordered! I choose grilled chicken, but give me fried chicken! Pessimistic!
