Overall total waste of an evening.

She ignored quite a few questions and peo... read more Lovely waitress, good manager. Unfortunately the food was not quite hot or warm and the hostess was not very friendly. She ignored quite a few questions and people on their way in. Also the volume level was supremely high and the restaurant used their music to try and mask the volume of all the children screaming. Many people around me were not quite satisfied with the ambiance and quality of the food. The waitress was very nice, checking in on us very much. However my overall experience was not wonderful as my food order was not hot and the deals were limited to choices. Not very diverse in their meal planning.

For such a busy night it almost seemed as though they were under staffed or overwhelmed. As nice as our server was we could hardly get a hold of her to ask her for things. We had to ask other staff. I ordered a well done steak and it came rare. I had to send it back, I could not even cut it as it was so rare. They did bring me a new steak, but did not offer a discount on the meal. I was not overly impressed, but did not let it spoil a nice evening out with my wife.

We usually go to the Unionville Arms but they had activities scheduled for Mai... read more It was our first time out in awhile. We try and get together every 3 or 4 months. We usually go to the Unionville Arms but they had activities scheduled for Main Street. We use to go to Kelseys and switched to Boston Pizza when Kelsey's closed for renovations a few years ago. It was half price wing night and the restaurant was expectedly busy. We picked a 6:30 PM reservation to minimize the busy window. Unfortunately, they were understaffed. Our server was alone. Our server was very good but our service was impacted. We tipped 15% instead of our usual 20% to 25%.

The wai... read more This place was ridiculous!! We waited 40 min on the patio for our food, which never came out. We had a little kid crying, and no one even checked on us. The waitress served our appetizer to another customer who arrived and ordered 20 MINUTES later than us. When I went to tell the other waiter that came to our table that we were canceling our order, he said Okay . Then he said he 'll check on the order AFTER he said he was checking on it the first time I went to him.NOT RECOMMENDING TO EAT HERE. The service was just atrocious.

Light fluffy and delicious. Juicy burger with all the toppings I could ask for not to mention their secret burger sauce. WELL DONE.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Options available even have a separate fryer for fries!!
