My first time trying the Black Tea with Salted Cheese and I love it! I couldn't taste any salt or cheese in the drink at all, when I stirred the drink it just tastes like really good milk tea, maybe slightly creamier than other places. View all feedback.
What Lily C doesn't like about Happy Tea House:
I tried the matcha latte with tiramisu salted cheese and was quite disappointed. Firstly it oddly tasted like chocolate. It didn't really have the Salted cheese taste that other bubble tea shops have. The matcha flavor was mild. And it definitely did look like chocolate milk foam on matcha latte base. I don't think I will come back to this place again. The Taste was not that good and it was also very expensive. View all feedback.

I was honestly not satisfied with this place at all. It was my first time and the drinks weren't bad but the service was so bad. The girl took my Order was rude and wanted me to hurry up even though I was the only person in line. I was confused what to get as it was my first time. Drinks were okay but not the best and definitely pricey! I've had better bubble tea from other locations.
This will be short and sweet. The overall logo is cute. Like most thing in PMall the store is on just a corner and there isn't much for seating. The cashier is nice enough and the menu isn't too extensive. You get your customization options of sugar and ice. I got the kumquat lemon drink and my girlfriend got the salted cheese drink. The salted cheese is saltier than the gong cha equivalent. The drink doesn't mellow out the same way when you mix it. It was okay... My drink wasn't lemonadey as I anticipated and with 50% sugar it was pretty watered down and I don't usually get ice but I got some ice. It had a surprise of a salted plum in there, you can't taste it since the drink lacked in flavour but since it is neither part of the description nor explained it is ultimately a surprise on the palate as well as when you finish the drink and tell yourself your not crazy when you find it. Personally not my taste. But then again my partner doesn't like the alley. The flavour seems to be on opposite spectrum of more intense flavours like the salted cheese to more mild almost like water Dow flavour like my drink. Feeling perplexed I opted to give it a 3 out of 5 because that where I felt it was in terms of my experience. Not bad but definitely not good IMO.
As my boyfriend, friend and I were leaving PMall to head over to Night It Up!, we came across Happy Lemon. Noticing a giant BUY ONE GET ONE FREE on a huge red poster with their drink menu we stopped. My boyfriend (he plays a big part in consumerism) fell for the tactics while my friend and I were sceptical. Even though, there are two giant signs in red and black that says, BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, we knew it wasn 't for all drinks. Without fine print of anything, it is misleading. He wasn 't the only one who fell for the vague promo signs. Sales and marketing of bubble tea shops never fails with their wrong ways without fine prints and etc. The buy one get one free is only valid for the Mango Matcha. Also, they fail another advertisement poster. The poster features the drink with mango pieces, yellow drink with tapioca. We got a drink which had no mango pieces, no tapioca and well, it looked green. The drink was a hit or miss since my cane very grainy while the other one was smooth and creamy. The total came up to $6.75 (with tax). Customer service is whatever. Lack of communication. When asked questions, response is limited to one to two words answer. They have a small seating area with only two tables which maybe fits max 6-8 people. There are plenty of other bubble tea shops at the mall, since it is practically a real life monopoly game. You are bound to buy at least one drink while you are there.
