The customer service is top-notch, the portion sizes are generous, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Waitresses Joyce, Diane, Gina, and Paris are always attentive to ensure your coffee cup never runs dry. Chefs Andreus and Nick make sure you leave satisfied. The restaurant comfortably accommodates 50 guests without feeling crowded, and I have never had to wait for a table. The establishment is impeccably clean with a diverse selection of breakfast options, from cereal to omelettes, eggs with bacon, ham, or sausages, and waffles or pancakes. I give this restaurant a 5-star rating.

Despite passi... read more Before heading downtown for the Board Games for Nepal event to support earthquake relief efforts, Herman and I decided to have brunch at Eggsmart. Despite passing by the restaurant numerous times last year, this was my first time dining there. Surprisingly, on this rainy Sunday morning, the restaurant was quite crowded with lots of patrons. It was a full house at one point, showing that Eggsmart is a popular spot for many.

It was getting close to 1 pm, so the main rush was over. <br/ <br/ SWBMO and I both had Toasted Western Sandwiches, which were proper Westerns with ham, onion and green pepper. I would have swapped their home fries for a salad, but there upcharge of more than $3 seemed a bit steep. <br/ <br/ Our server threw in a few corny jokes into the mix. Overtake pleasant meal.

There are times when they get really busy and one waitress is overwhelmed trying to attend to the whole restaurant. The head chef, "Red," does a great job. On weekends, they have extra staff after 9am which helps. Occasionally, they bring in a young boy from their Warden location who assists the girls and is attentive in refilling coffee cups. The food is always fresh and never greasy. Both Anna and Maroon have delightful personalities and are always friendly and respectful towards their customers.
