It's baff... read more I can't understand how they consistently mess up my order. I visit infrequently, hoping that each time will be different, but they still get it wrong. It's baffling how poor the service is at this location. They were great when they first opened, and the staff seemed capable. It's truly disappointing. To make matters worse, the cashier tried to upsell me after messing up my order! That's really poor customer service.

I've tried to ignore it in the past, but it's starting to become bothersome. I’m not sure if it’s just me, as I do have some sensory sensitivities. I usually come here hoping for a cozy spot to work or read by myself for an hour while I wait, but the noise is quite distracting. I could choose to go somewhere else, but everything else about this place has been good, so I hope this feedback might be helpful.

There's a wide range of options available, so it might take some time to try everything on the menu.

She is honestly the epitome of great customer service; my visually impaired brother told me she translated the entire menu into braille for him and now she's the only one who learnedsign language to communicate with me!. This Chatime will never be the same without her
