What GrantFamilyToronto doesn't like about Bourbon Street Grill:
No surprises. From location to location all Bourbon Street Grill’s are the same, the food, is what it is “Mall Court Food”. The food at this Bourbon Street Grill location looks and tastes like Mall Court Food, and as always Bourbon Street Grill food ranges between bland to salty. View all feedback. While some customers may find the quality of the food to be poor, others appreciate the well-cooked and marinated textures and flavors, especially those with a love for New Orleans fare. Some customers have raised concerns about the lack of attention to detail and customer service standards, suggesting that improvements are needed to enhance the overall dining experience. Despite these challenges, loyal customers stick to their favorite dishes like Bourbon Chicken and Jambalaya Rice, highlighting the potential for Bourbon Street Grill to stand out in the mall court food scene with a few adjustments.
