Love this place. The family has been going here for years. Excellent Greek salad, good rice as a side. And the Fish is delicious with good tartar sauce and the fries are crispy and big, definitely a favourite in Markham. Daphne has always been exceptional special serving us. The oil on the fish was really heavy… and not outside was not crispy, they also only have a really really really small portion of tartar sauce (see the picture)Its $20pp without drink plus tips View all feedback.
This place used to be ok. But in the last 2years they have jacked up the price by 60 to 70% and also reduced the fish portion size.Last time I went there they served me bad pieces of fish it was rubbery and had gone off. When I told the owner about the fish he said that’s how it is. I would never go back there again.
Went to purchase a takeout order for a poutine and the gentleman refused my order because I was going to pay by debit.Said he wouldn’t waste his time for only fries on a debit transaction.He seems to forget that he served me a few weeks back allowing me to do the same transaction.Glad to let other know
The bald headed chef was so rude and don't wanna serve customers. He did not accept my order and said it will take 2 hours for the fish to thaw. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP INTO THIS STORE AGAIN . WHAT A **** !!!!

My first time going to this fishhouse after being in Markham for over 35 years and I can say it's the best one I've been too. Fresh Cut Fries Amazing Gravy and the Fish is the best part. Owner is kind and stands on his product and he knows a lot about sports as well I'll for sure be going back!
