The location doesn't have ice? Lukewarm root beer isn't very enjoyable.
I ordered and stood around for 15 minutes in front of the place and she didn’t even tell me my food was ready. When I finally decided to approach the counter and ask how much longer she hands me a cold bag of food that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. Train your staff to call out orders when they’re ready. Food was cold and bland.

We ordered a Papa Burger combo and a Beyond Meat combo. The Papa combo was just okay. However, the Beyond Meat patty was not fresh and seemed burnt; it was clear that it had been reheated from the night before. The patty was dry and hard, making it difficult to swallow. Additionally, the lettuce on my burger looked somewhat wilted, but since I was hungry and at home, I didn't feel I could return it. I'm really disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location. This was the first time I received a burger patty from A&W that wasn't fresh, and it was both bitter and tough. Given the price of the combo, I expected much better quality.
The Teen burgers combo was ok, I up great the fries with sweet potatoes fries and it's no good. They reheated old sweet potatoes fries instead give fresh ones.
