What an amazing night! The spacious, cozy bed made for a delightful stay, and the rooms were clean, warm, and welcoming. The bathroom featured a stunning bathtub with jets, along with a large shower cabin. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The place did not resemble the photos they advertised at all! It was really dirty, and I even found clipped toenails on the sofa. The bed was broken, so they placed a board under the mattress, making it very uncomfortable. The hot tub water was dirty, the lid was broken, and the bath inside didn’t even hold water. Recently visited a high time. an ideal location and well furnished. beautiful reasons for photo possibilities. the food was good as could be expected for the mass catering. overall really enjoyed the day

I would like to give a big thank you to Amy and her staff at The White Heather for making my daughter and son in laws wedding such a special day. The White Heather is the perfect venue for a perfect wedding. The grounds were well kept and beautiful for the photos. It was perfect from the start getting the bridal team (girls) ready with all the refreshments, bacon/sausage butties and presecco. The reception room was dressed beautifully and the food was lovely too. Everyone has said what an amazing day it was and that is down to the organisation of a well run venue. I can and will highly recommend The White Heather as a wedding venue.
I have been to stay here twice would have highly recommend however I have paid for a stay and cannot get a response from them to arrange a date. Super disappointed find it really rude to be ignored! Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury
I would love to comment and say we had a fantastic stay at The White Heather but unfortunately this hasn’t been the case. In December I paid £180 for a voucher for the overnight hot tub stay deal (based on the fact it looked great and wanted it to be a nice gift for my other half). I’ve been trying to message to book in since May (Facebook messenger, email via phone) and didn’t have any luck with them getting back to me. Since then I have asked for a refund, based on the fact I can’t get booked in to use the voucher. I’ve been chasing this for the last couple of months, lots of messages read, phone calls etc. but again I’m still waiting for the refund and they haven’t been in touch to arrange this despite numerous (polite) emails, messages etc. it might not seem a lot of money, but it is to us and ultimately it was a birthday present for my partner which hasn’t come to anything. Really disappointed with this to be honest because it looks like a lovely place.
