What Chung Yen Li doesn't like about Ballina Manor:
The location is pretty nice and staffs are friendly. However, some down sides: 1. Parking. The onsite parking garage has very limited space and very tight. I have to park at the end of road which takes 6~8 minutes to walk. 2. Noise. My room was on the street side and the soundproof of the window is not good. This review is in particular for Ciara who works at reception. I cannot remember ever coming across a friendlier, more helpful and thoughtful member of staff at a hotel before. Ciara went above and beyond during my brief visit to the hotel. Thanks once again.
I spent 3 nights in the Ballina Manor Hotel recently,and from the people at reception to the staff in the dining room,it was the best customer service I received in a long time. I had a spacious room overlooking the river Moy.The breakfast each morning was excellent,and the evening meal with a large range of starters and main courses was superb.Top marks to the chef.I will definitely be back.
