The owner, a kind soul, personally suggests the day’s offerings, all cooked in small batches to ensure impeccable freshness. Our meal was unforgettable: a hearty lentil soup, a perfectly spiced chicken curry, and a tender beef tagine with zucchini—each dish a revelation of flavor. As avid foodies, we can confidently say this was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Egypt. With a glass of wine in hand and the serene Nile as our backdrop, the evening was pure bliss.
