As I mentioned, the restaurant is situated right on the bay, providing breathtaking views of fishing boats and other vessels on the water, set against a lovely mountain backdrop. Moreover, Philippine hawks frequently soar over the water in front of the restaurant, creating a stunning sight. These birds are native to this region of the Philippines, so witnessing them during your visit is truly a pleasure. I’m giving Pasta Blvd a solid 5 stars, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
