Dining area and bathroom were very clean. Food was perfectly cooked and, in my opinion, a great value. It needs something to learn the new kiosk ordering system, but it is not so difficult. Overall, I would give it an excellent rating. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Steak 'n Shake:
Bringing in 18 people, the two maybe three workers made our visit the best it was able to be. Management needs to help out their workers with more staff. Food was good except for the cotton candy shake. Whipped cream was chewy! View all feedback.

Very strange now I guess the increase in the minimum wage has an influence. There are no waiters anymore and NOBODY to take your order. It's all computerized. A person falls out of the food. But the Hamburgers were EXCELLENT!!
The woman who took our order was incredibly kind. Although we had to wait a bit, she surprised us with a couple of complimentary gift cards after our team won a baseball game. We ended up visiting regularly, thinking it must be good luck! Kid-friendliness: My son was with us, and he absolutely loves your shakes!
Don't go here In Marion OhioPlace not very clean. We waited 30 minutes to find out they lost our order.We will never goback here.Hate ordering on screen could not get ordered correctly and finally got someone to helpBut never got to eat. We left. They refunded my money
