Sansotta's Fresh Italian - Marion

They have pasta stuff pretty much everything Not really fond of pasta. So but if you are spaghetti etc whatever else they have. Good fudge have fudge up there for sale It's pretty good. Inside was very nice I would definitely go there to eat.

We had Sansotta's catered for a meeting, now all the out of towners demand we have it for all meetings! Fantastic food, great customer service and good communication from the staff. Places like this are hard to find today! Great stuff Sansotta's!

I normally like sansottas and the food is always good. But the staff can be very rude and unfriendly. I was greeted right when entering the building and had to wait more than 5 minutes before being asked what I wanted to order. Typically this wouldn’t be an issue but one girl was on the phone and the other was literally just standing there. None of the girls had their hair pulled all the way back. I understand not wanting to have a hair net on but they had their hair in ponytails, It just really turns me off to the food. And lo and behold I did find a hair in my food. Lastly, when I asked the girl about how to use my rewards she said “idk” and I said okay? Do I need to pull it up on my phone? And she replied again that she didn’t know. Educate your employees to answer customer questions!!! I did give 3 stars because the food is usually good but not with hair in it!

I am a delivery driver, of which I have no problems saying so. That being said, i felt pretty degraded coming into your store yesterday, and followed my app's directions EXPLICITLY, it said order number 127 don't go by customers names. In all of the time i have delivered for said app, I never been treated like this. I get that you were busy, but she didn't have to demand to see my app to make sure that i hit CONFIRM PICKUP. I'm not an idiot, and don't appreciate being treated that way. Plus, it's a security issue showing my app to your food service worker. I know who she is, and what she looks like. Yes, you were packed but if you can't work under pressure, don't work in the food service industry. I been working for restaurant business since I was 16 and I'm 54 now delivering food, because people are picky about my medical issues. I'd LOVE to have a job at a restaurant. I take my reviews very serious. Your food was delivered very hot to my customer, which was fantastic!!! Please work on customer service, I'm not joking when i say that i take my reviews extremely seriously. I have over 4.1 MILLION, YES MILLION views on my reviews. I am NOT gonna have this conversation again. The first time that I picked up for your restaurant, i was NEVER asked to show my app to see if i hit confirm pick up. We're gonna have issues if it happens again. I will keep reporting said worker, it was around 5 pm last night, I don't deliver at night due to my disability, but wanted to get this last order in. please work on your customer service!!! Sorry for the novelish rant!!! i also reported her to the app that i work for. I have a 5.0 rating, and extremely high acceptance rate, yes it's door dash, and do NOT ever do that again!!! PLEASE...:

Food is always amazing, the people working are always so friendly! Never had a bad experience or meal from here!!
