All the tables were dirty, and both trash cans were overflowing! How difficult can it be to get a 3-piece dark meat meal with potatoes and gravy, along with a 5-piece chicken strip meal with a double side of mac and cheese?

The food was hot and freshly cooked, not overdone or undercooked. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

It turns out the lady at the... read more Last evening I ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket. I got home and gave the bucket to my wife and kids without checking its contents. It turns out the lady at the counter accidentally only put 8 pieces of chicken in there and my wife and kids had already eaten 4 pieces.I arrived back at the kfc approximately an hour after I left expecting that a negative confrontation likely would occur. I walked inside and the manager asked me if something was wrong. I explained the situation and she gave me a new 12 piece bucket and let me keep my four remaining pieces of chicken as well no questions asked.Great customer service. She turned what could have been an extremely negative experience into a memorable one.
