Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Marion County

I placed a order online cause I was at work so I placed order the night before the next day I looked at the order said it was being delivered next thing I know they canceled the order needless to say I texted them got a call said he would get me a refund and send me things in mail that was Sept 9th well still waiting for refund and mail I even tried to text him back evidently they don't answer text will never go back to them . To bad the ribs where great oh well no way to treat customer.

I ordered thru doordash.. I ordered brisket sandwich combo and no fries was with it and Coleslaw taste terrible and drink with no ice in it.. I will never order online from them again..

I went to the Summerfield, Fl. Location. The lady working was very pleasant and helpful. She seems to be the only one working, but the food I ordered was excellent! She had a smile on her face and great customer service. This woman deserves the best! She is great!

This place is horrible. Placed an online order went to pick it up and they weren't open at Noon! Shut down for the day because employees didn't show up. Location is dirty and keeps cooked day old meat in a fridge. Run from this place. I'll have to file a theft report with the Sheriff's office for my $73.15 they stole.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here with my family for take out. We spent $40 hoping to get our money's worth of food. We were given two very small containers with a small handful of fries and two very small slabs of average tasting meat. This place is a total ripoff. Save your money and go elsewhere. I know food prices are high but this is pure unacceptable pricing.I am from Georgia and for $40 there you can get 6 containers of FULL sausage links and brisket. Comeon guys are you really that desperate for money?
