What User doesn't like about Hungry Howie's Pizza:
The service is hit or miss on friendliness. Food isn't always great. Delivery is always earlier than expected which is great. And I've even had to go back to pay for food because they told me I was good and then the minute I walk through my door after a pickup they called and said I needed to come back and pay because of an error on their end. I Normally wouldn't write a bad review, however i was really frustrated tonight. So i was on my way home ordered delivery. I ordered 10 boneless wings a large steak cheese calzone. With extra meat extra cheese. Lettuce tomatoes on the side. The wings were great then i went to have half of the calzone. Except it came with a massive amount of mushrooms. I am allergic to mushrooms. No big deal right? I called them (this is where i got upset) explained what i ordered the girl on the phone made it out to be my fault. It was my fault because they put mushrooms on it there is nothing they can do about it. Not good customer service. I doubt highly that I'll rver order from there again.
Tonight you guys made the perfect Pizza, thank you. Barbecue chicken light jalapeno with pineapple, the perfect blend.
Awesome service and management, on the rare occasions I do have a problem Ray the manager always does a great job fixing it.
Always super hot especially when I deliver, love the offers, feeding my family from four to my budget
