Nice place. Quiet. Nice âdÃcorâ. Pleasant service but a bit slow. Some dishes very good. Others, just okay. Good wine. A bit pricey.
As usual Locanda Positano delivered an outstanding experience. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation for I noticed that at at least parties with reservations arrived which means to me that reservations are a MUST!! It was a rainy night so we reserved a table inside. The food is spectacular, service is prompt and we enjoyed a lovely dinner. The table next to us had been to LP before and another gentleman told us he was from Italy and that LP was one of the few restruants where he felt he could get real Italian food in the LA area. We will be back again, and again.
Excellent food. Pasta was fresh. Wife is gluten free and loved the bolognese!
My husband was not sure that this place would be good when valet told us to walk to the back of the lot. This place was a so cute, cozy and beautifully lite with string lights. The staff was excellent and the food was outstanding. One of the best meals we had in LA.
Good service, decent food, pleasant outdoor dining, but a little pricey.
