The prices are surprisingly low and the portions are generous. They offer takeout and have a wide variety of menu options. I highly recommend trying the hot and sour soup, which is loaded with veggies, shrimp, and tofu. The squid (or calamari) and Chow Mein dishes are also delicious. Just be mindful of where you sit, as there can be a draft near the door. Feel free to bring your own chopsticks or use the ones provided by the restaurant.

The first thing that drove up t... read more The food is good but there were two things that ruined the experience. When the bill came it was $30 over what i expected to be. The first thing that drove up the cost was an automatic 15 percent tip. I wish the great service was automatic too. When i askedthem why it's not posted on the menu or on a sign. I was told it was posted on the door. I checked the door when I left. It wasposted on the upper part of the left door. The sign is so small that you will not notice. I had to get really close to read it.What drove up the cost of the bill was the fountain drinks. It would have been helpful if the menu said no refills or they couldbe kind enough to tell us when we order a refill. Will not be going back.

I hadn't been there in over 20 years but so glad we stopped to eat since I forgot Daddy's was closed on Monday and Tuesdays. They updated their look and you know a Chinese restaurant is good whenthere's a lot of Chinese patrons eating there! They serve Dim Sum every day. We ordered from their lunch menu. Portions werevery nice and egg drop soup was really good. YOU GOTTA TRY THE CHIVE DUMPLINGS!!! That was sooooooo yummy. Service was fast andthey were patient with us since we hadn't been there for such a long time. Food was very tasty and not full of salt! Dim Sumdumplings were so tasty I forgot to take full pics of them...sorry! Prices were very reasonable and they put your leftovers awayfor you so you don't have to worry about making a mess!

They are in the center of a college town and is a local favorite. Affordable lunch specials bring in a loyal crowd of customers and the food is cooked to perfection. The batter on every dish is fried so well; that even at the end of yourmeal and that last piece of chicken that's been sitting in sauce in whole time, will still give a satisfying crunch. I eat hereat least 4 times a week and my wallet can't even complain because its affordable.
