What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I would actually rate it negative 5 but do not have this option. I ordered a McRib menu. Wait for everyone! There were 3 different drinks that were not mine. Wait more. Then I got my order that I should have checked. What I got when opening the bag at home was a COLD TINY LITTLE EXCUSE from a HAMBURGER. No McRib, cold pommes. Bad service and order ever. When ordering, the girl in the drive thru said I couldn't use the app code in the drive thru. At the window when I ask why, she gave me an attitude and told me to come in if I wanted to use it then called a manager over which promptly walked away also.Glad I don't need to visit that location often. Very poor service and food was old.
Just when I was ready to give up eating out, we pulled through this drive thru Saturday, September 10, and my faith in fast food AND humanity was restored. The young man greeting us at the payment window was very nice and polite and the woman who greeted usat the pickup window had a bright, beautiful smile on her face. It was just a brief moment and might seem like such a littlething, but those moments are getting fewer and farther between so I?m starting to treasure them, so thanks! On top of that, theorder was correct and the food was hot and fresh.

That place should be closed by yesterday. There's no people that takes care about their job. I had to wait 13 minutes at the counter waiting for someone that can take my payment, no body helped me.
