The 4.8 rating is highly inflated. The food is bland, and the owner has an arrogant attitude and a foul mouth. Calling it "gourmet" is just laughable.

This is the best spot in Maricopa! The owner is fantastic, and the food is incredible! The portion sizes are huge! Whenever you see this food truck, you absolutely have to stop and grab a bite!

The food here is incredible, and the portions are huge! I ordered the Thai basil boat with steak, which provided more than enough for dinner last night, leftovers for lunch today, and even a snack for later. The seasoning is so flavorful that my picky two-year-old kept stealing the steak strips, and it’s tender enough for me to feel comfortable letting her eat it. My husband enjoys the kamikaze chicken, which he orders extra spicy. The chef does a great job of balancing the heat with the flavor, ensuring that the spice enhances rather than overwhelms the dish. Plus, the Thai iced tea is the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

Very good food. They asked how spicy I wanted it and they can make spicy food. I haven’t found any better food truck 10/10

Had one of the fat Azz combo plate, lots of variety on it. The food was delicious with great flavor. Love their food, definitely keep me going back.
