Chop, Block Brew At Harrah's Ak-chin

It's a bit tricky to locate, but if you keep going to the back and walk past the pool, you'll discover a brightly lit dining room. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. The pancakes are perfectly thick with crispy edges, and the homemade corned beef hash is generously meaty. The most pleasant surprise was the excellent coffee.

A special mention goes to the few servers at Agave, who work hard despite being seriously understaffed. There are only three of them, yet they manage to keep smiles on their faces. I wish the other staff in the hotel could match their demeanor. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. Noticing that we were finishing our coffee quicker than she could refill our cups, the waitress brought a pot to our table. We all ordered omelets—both the Denver and the avocado bacon varieties—and they were all delicious. I would definitely return if I were at the resort again.

The quality of the food is the worst. The kitchen does not care at all what they serve. They get the lowest quality meats. Everything is bland. The gave me horrible food and I complained and they told me ?well at least you have food vouchers? unbelievable!!! The strange part is their fine dining restaurant is the complete opposite, too bad they are not open for breakfast and lunch.

Floralyn and Taylor are awesome waitresses. Good food good service loved it here. Went to the copper cactus grill and waited half hour for pizza. Then it was burnt. Then waited 15 minutes to reimburse our credit card. Glad we ate at agaves 3x.
