I ordered the White pizza and the Kona pizza on Friday. I got the White pizza for my sister and me, and the Kona pizza for my husband. That night, my husband got very sick. We initially thought it was a strange stomach virus, as my sister and I were feeling fine. However, when we went to reheat some of the Kona pizza, we realized it was not fully cooked. Barros has been on an up and down roller coaster for the past 2 years. One order is great and then the next 3 are horribly made. When I order a pizza all of the bread should have cheese and meat. I called in today and requested another pizza and Brad gave the okay but he made it seem as if I was lying... I use order here all the time and it was great but a lot has changed and I'm done. $33 for two pizzas? I expected the BEST??
I ordered a pepperoni pizza, spicy honey wings, and a meatball sub a couple of days ago.The wings were good, and the pepperoni pizza was good as well (though a tiny bit salty for my taste, but that's expected from pepperoni)...But my biggest disappointment was the meatball sub that was way too salty, more salty than the pizza.Out of the four large meatballs, I could only get through about a half a meatball and then tossed the rest away because it was too salty for me to handle...If it were me making the meatballs, I'd only add Italian seasoning and black pepper...no salt...I did love the mozzarella on the sub and pizza though.
Spicy southwest huh thin crust. when the whole pizza center was delivered was raw. If not melted and they drowned the middle of the pizza in buffalo sauce to hide it. but after cooking an additional 10 min and there was BBQ sauce under the cheese. this pizza should not have bbq sauce. the quality goes down at this place quickly.
The pizza is good, the wings are good. They got my pizza wrong one time and credited my account for a free pizza. In a time when good customer service is hard to find, I can see they value their customers. Thank you!
Service was horrible, asked for meatlovers pizza and was told that they didn't have that toady, then when we order what we was told they had they only had a 3 slices of that kind. Only had 3 options to choose from. Salad wasn't that appealing and the cashier could have some kind of personality since that the first person you deal with when you walk in. Use to be one of my favorite pizza places in town but I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!
