LOVE the loaded fried green tomatoes. There is nothing on the menu that I've tried and didn't like so far. (I've only had like 3 or 4 things so far) With the food amd service always being great I keep going back. Atmosphere is very comfortable and I love that they have Food Network on one of the tvs. I will return. Parking: Plenty of parking in front and along the side of the building. Kid-friendliness: Always famili... View all feedback.
What Andrew Ferguson doesn't like about The Wharf Casual Seafood:
Service was good, food vs price.... terrible. Over $12 for two shrimp tacos that are all cabbage and three shrimp, not worth it. $22 for a platter that came with Mahi that were no bigger than 12 inches so my two fillets were around 6 inches? Crab cake was way under cooked more like crab stew, otherwise taste and the waitresses that worked tonight were great. Would not come back though View all feedback.
My wife enjoyed her Oyster Po-boy and green beans and a sample of gumbo and I enjoyed my fried shrimp, hush puppies and awesome French fries. The water is filtered, and it tasted great. Maikala was very knowledgeable and took our order quickly. We had a good selection of seats and the music playing was nostalgic and pleasant. Afterwards, we learned that the bathrooms were clean and satisfactory. All in all, we were very pleased.
Pleasant attentive staff, appealing menu, above avg food, a bit over-priced.
Happened to be in town, Tried The Wharf,.. Very Good... Gumbo, and Shrimp PoBoy wel Very Good....
The food was amazing, but even better was the service! Jenna and Cheyenne were amazing! We certainly enjoyed our first time at the wharf!
Simply delicious. The loaded fried green tomato appetizer is the bomb and large enough to reasonably share with four people. The fish entree was cooked just right. The collard greens were good, although I'm not a huge fan of sugar in my greens. The wharf platter with grilled shrimp was wonderful, as were the garlic green beens and asparagus.
