What Santo Riva doesn't like about Il Galeone Presso Il Grand Terme:
two nights spent there. the room was quite small, the beach right in front of the hotel very wide and beautiful. the bathroom needs a thorough overhaul (old fittings, the shower drops, etc., which was eaten under the level of a 4* hotel. our group was thrown off quickly and they wanted us out of the restaurant quickly. eating was neither good nor Italian. At the reception I found smiles and great availability. I also could recharge my tesla for free. exceptional welcome

Great location right on the beach with nice views. Front desks clerk were great and very friendly. Very responsive and well prepared. The rooms were clean and the sea view was a nice bonus. The rooms are a bit outdated but they were still nice. The breakfast was not very diverse as they only had some scrambled eggs and boiled eggs and a lot of sweet options but it was pretty much the same all 3 days. The last day the eggs were not done at all and they were not very good. On the plus side they are offering good coffee. All in all it was a good experience and for family with kids I recommend this hotel as the beach is superb and the hotel is very well located
