What Patrick Davis doesn't like about Burger King:
Lazy workers they had me waiting in drive thru to place an order for almost ten minutes I just parked and went inside and there’s absolutely ZERO customers in the store. Why am I waiting at peak lunch time when there are no other customers being served? Oh because the girl taking orders likes to stand outside and smoke cigarettes. Terrible service View all feedback.
I got the worst food poisoning ever from here. A simple whopper meal almost took me out... this was their 2nd chance after they tried to over charge me for the buy a whopper get 1 for a dollar. I hope they don't kill someone before they close for good this time.
This is the only retro BK that I've ever been in. Everything was great. Its the original blue outside. Check the inside pics!
The Buffalo nuggets are really tasty. One thing, make sure you have 8 nuggets in your order. My last order only had 6.
Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Burger King Latrobe, PAI recently visited the Burger King location in Latrobe, PA, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of the manager, Ben. During my visits, I encountered rude and unprofessional conduct from Ben, which significantly impacted my dining experience. Despite there being no other customers waiting, Ben insisted that I move to the front of the store for my order, demonstrating a lack of respect and courtesy. When I expressed my concerns about safety, due to the fact that there is no where to pull in front without half of your car being in an oncoming traffic lane. Ben's dismissive and extremely rude response left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. This is my second experience with this person and they have both been horrible. Customer service is crucial in any business, and it's essential for managers to exhibit professionalism and good people skills. I hope that this feedback will prompt improvements in customer service at the Latrobe, PA location of Burger King.
